Strand 50 - Refurbishment

In 2019, the Manager has carried out a comprehensive refurbishment, including a complete overhaul of ground floor lobby, construction of a new staircase for direct access from G/F to 1/F and 2/F, modern conferencing facilities with event spaces, complemented by a podium garden. With these changeovers, Strand 50 has been successfully transformed from a typical office building to a contemporary workplace.
